After a month of going vegan my blood test shows undetectable. Am I cured? It only took a month? Sounds too good to be true

We put our GP up at night around 9pm. Every night. We constantly get noise complaints about barking but it’s not our dog. We live out in the country with about 5 acres separating us from each neighbor. I never hear a dog barking so I can’t even figure out where it’s coming from.

How can I convince my neighbors that it’s someone else’s dog? I’m tired of being accused. They are not nice about it either. The text messages are very accusatory.
