Should I hold or sell my PSA 10 Mega Greninja ex #116?

My first PSA 10 just came back from PSA! The last sale I saw was around $350.
I also have other Pokémon cards from Chaos Rising and the 30th Anniversary worth around $75–$80 combined.
I wanna start trading my cards to work my way up to more valuable ones, but I’m not sure if trading my Greninja is the right choice. Would you hold it or trade/sell it? What would you do?

19 years old, almost done with barber school. Should I start in my mom’s shed or work in a barbershop?

I’m 19 years old and I’m halfway through barber school. I already have a couple of clients, mostly friends, and my mom offered me her shed to turn into a small barbershop and start taking clients there.
Do you guys think it’s worth starting from the shed and building my own client base, or would it be better to work in an actual barbershop first to gain experience, build connections, and learn from other barbers?
For the barbers who have been in the industry, what would you recommend for someone just starting out?
