Epstein Files Partial Release:

On the 19th of November, the “Epstein Files Transparency Act” was signed into law (The White House, 2025). The law required the DOJ and the FBI to declassify all files related to Jeffrey Epstein and his crimes against girls by December 19th. However, like anything that has to do with government transparency, the government ignored and released thousands of messily redacted images and documents, some of which had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein and/or his crimes against girls (Trump Administration Official Defends Partial Release of Epstein Files by Justice Department, 2025). For example, the press release included an image featuring Michael Jackson, Bill Clinton, Diana Ross, and three redacted children (Francis, 2025). This image was released to the public without any context; due to the heinous nature of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes against children, this image was spread around by the media to indicate that Michael Jackson was a client of Epstein’s sex trafficking organization, without doing proper research on the background of the image.

However, there is one issue: this image isn’t new; instead, it is a new angle of a readily available image that was released in 2002, and the redacted children in the image aren’t Epstein victims; rather, they are the children of Michael Jackson and Diana Ross. However, the image appears sinister because the redaction removes important context.

“Every Vote Counts” Fundraiser 2002:

In 2002, Bill Clinton invited his friend, Michael Jackson, to perform at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser for national voter registration; Jackson accepted this invitation (Wikipedia contributors, 2025). Jackson had a history of befriending U.S. presidents, such as Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, and George H.W. Bush. The Reagan family would even spend time at Neverland Ranch in the early 1990s after Ronald left the office. On April 24 of that same year, he would take a photo in his trailer with Bill Clinton, Diana Ross, and their children before Jackson got ready to perform later that night. That night, he would perform “Dangerous,” “Black or White,” “We Are the World,” & “Heal the World” (MJ Live & Rare Videos, 2025). At the end of the concert, Jackson would bring Diana Ross and her son, Evan Ross, on stage to perform with him.

Karen Faye, Jackson’s full-time makeup artist, recalls being in Jackson’s trailer when Jonathan Exley captured the photo of Clinton, Ross, and Jackson (Wingheart, 2025). Grace Rwaramba, Jackson’s nanny, in a Facebook post addressing the misinformation around the image, wrote, “This photo is a perfect example of how easy it is to weave a grand story from nothing. I remember this moment vividly. We were in a trailer outside the Apollo Theater in New York in April 2002. Michael was preparing to perform at the “Every Vote Counts” national voter registration and fundraiser for the Democratic Party. I was off to the side with Bigi. Consider how the photo was manipulated to pull Michael into the Epstein mess. Now, major news outlets around the globe are on the case. Huh. I have seen this movie before.” Michael Prince, Jackson’s sound engineer, recalls seeing Jackson and Clinton, even asking Clinton to play the saxophone during Jackson’s set (Rwaramba, 2025). Three witnesses were present when the image was taken, yet the mainstream media ignored their accounts and created a false narrative.

Jackson’s 2003 Palm Beach Visit:

Another image of Jackson was released along with the aforementioned image. Once again, it was shared without any context, and the media, which had previously reported the correct context, chose to disseminate the image with misleading and slanderous information about Jackson, without conducting any research.

Between 2002 and 2003, amidst his fallout with Sony and the eventual death of his close friend Maurice Gibb, Jackson attempted to move to Palm Beach to be closer to his friend Barry Gibb and to escape the drama around Sony (Wingheart, 2025). During this time, Jackson would strike up a friendship with businessman Al Malnik through their mutual friend, Brett Ratner (Controversial Friend for Michael Jackson, 2003). After touring Malnik’s house in Palm Beach, Malnik would become Jackson’s financial advisor, settling most of Jackson’s debt and allowing him to attempt to buy another house. At the time, when Jackson was shopping for homes in Palm Beach and the greater Florida area, it was highly publicized by multiple Florida news outlets. The media documented every move Jackson made — whether shopping, house hunting, or attending events and fundraisers (Webb, 2025).

In early 2003, James Meiskin, Jackson’s real estate agent, set up Jackson to view several luxury Palm Beach/South Florida mansions (Forbes, 2025). Bernard Marden owned one of the mansions, and Jeffrey Epstein owned another. Before the viewing of Epstein’s mansion, Jackson had never met Jeffrey Epstein, nor was he friends with Epstein. Prior to Epstein’s 2008 conviction, Epstein was known as the top celebrity financier and real estate mogul with mansions in Manhattan, Palm Beach, and Paris (Ward, 2003). After the tour ended, Epstein asked Jackson for a photo, just as the other property owners had done during their house tours.

One of Epstein’s victims, aged 22 at the time of the meeting, recalls seeing Jackson at Epstein’s Palm Beach home, stating that Jackson didn’t engage in any illegal activity (U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y., 2016). Matt Fiddes, Jackson’s bodyguard, commented on being at that viewing, writing, “I was his bodyguard when the picture with Epstein would of been taken. We were just viewing houses, as Michael wanted to live on Palm Beach so he can be close to his friend Barry Gibb. A real estate agent set up the viewings over the course of a week. We never even knew who Epstein was; he was not infamous then. He, like the other house owners we viewed that week, wanted a picture with Michael. I was there with another bodyguard and Michaels, then Dr. That’s it! In 2003, Epstein’s house was for sale, so it was one of many lined up to view! Michael never had a clue who he was or the other property owners we met. Michael would always be polite to everyone he meets. It was making big news as we looked at houses with him on Palm Beach, so I am surprised the truth is not being told. Michael was recording daily with Barry Gibb back then. This was in 2003. Thanks for fighting for the truth. Epstein was not in his financial circles. All nonsense.” Two witnesses were present when the image was taken, but the mainstream media ignored their accounts and created a false narrative. Aside from this interaction in Palm Beach, Epstein and Jackson didn’t keep in contact. Epstein’s contact list includes Jackson’s name; however, the contact information listed pertains to his short-term adviser and attorney. This includes the attorney’s address, email, and phone number, rather than Jackson’s personal details. Furthermore, the Department of Justice poorly redacted this information.

In Conclusion:

These images Despite being legally required to release all Epstein files by the 19th, the government has not done so. The government is using Michael Jackson as a scapegoat to cover up for the crimes of their elite friends and donors. If Jackson knew what kind of person Epstein was, wouldn’t he have been more cautious? If he intended to engage in illegal acts, why would he publicize his location so openly? Perhaps Jackson was simply in Florida to shop for a house. For 62 years, the media has dehumanized and criticized Michael Jackson (MJJJusticeProject, 2020). The FBI monitored him for 10 years and found nothing (Federal Bureau of Investigation, 2012). In contrast, Jeffrey Epstein has been under FBI scrutiny since 1996, with millions of documents proving his guilt (Federal Bureau of Investigation, 2025). Despite the ongoing evidence supporting Jackson’s innocence, his name and legacy continue to be tarnished for the sake of clicks and drama. It is shameful that human decency and journalistic integrity are compromised in favor of SEO and sensationalism.
