Need help
Hello, I have recently bought a Rapid Trigger keyboard from Attack Shark. it's name is "Attack Shark R85 HE".
After trying to plug it in, windows message pops up saying the Last USB device that is connected has malfunctioned. I have tried using the USB 3.0 and multiple different ports, uninstalling drivers, and lastly hard reset the keyboard. Though the light is on as shown in the picture (it dies after 5-10 seconds, turns on when I click on one of the keys again), I am also able to switch in between Mac-Windows modes and even recalibrating it manually. Seller said my motherboard isn't supported which I find it to be quite dumb (not sure if it's true) and my cables isn't supported.
I'm not much into tech myself so if anyone could help it would be appreciated 🙏
