Is this necklace pendant neodymium glass?

I received this necklace as a gift 20 years ago, at the time I thought “pretty colours” and proceeded to not think about what it’s made out of. I asked my dad and he didn’t remember.

I am fairly certain it is glass and not any kind of crystal based on the opacity and clarity. After much research I believe it’s neodymium. Would love a confirmation from those who likely know more than me :)

First photo is natural light, second is fluorescent, and third is my phone camera’s flash while still under fluorescent light.

Big Monstera - need advice

Hello everyone! I have had this beauty since 2022, grown from a prop I lifted from my former workplace. She definitely went through a couple of periods of neglect, I think I probably could have gotten her bigger if I had taken better care when I was just a novice, but still this girl has gotten TALL. I am finding myself fighting to keep the plant upright because it is so top heavy. I’m looking for advice on how to fix the issue of it wanting to tip over.

I know I need to get it in a heavier pot (at least a decorative outer pot), the one she is currently in is plastic and definitely not standing up to the weight of the plant. My current solution has been using heavy books to balance the back of the plant… but I’d like to read some of those books eventually!

What are people’s preferences and opinions on various staking methods? I know a lot of people don’t like the one I am currently using, forgive me as I just took the advice of the random garden centre employee.

I’ve been considering chopping her down a bit but I’m super nervous. Some of the bottom leaves are worse for wear as well…Do people think that doing a prune would be beneficial???

Thanks to everyone in advance.
