I’m not sure if it’s this way at the stores, but at corporate being “anti-white man” is openly talked about and accepted by the Managers/Executives and HR. There have been multiple white women who have said things like “there are too many white men, we need more diversity” and the managers and VPs always sweep it under the rug. 2 of these white women just got promoted to senior manager and are very open about wanting to hire mostly women and they are applauded for it. They want to hire non-white people too, but only for lower positions.
