Hi! I am from the east coast and have never been skiing out west before. Jan 20-24 is my 30th birthday and I want to take a cool ski trip somewhere different.

I was thinking Breckenridge but I’m not sure how the conditions will be at this time. Can anyone speak on the typical conditions in Breckenridge around this weekend or provide any recommendations for other ski locations? Willing to travel anywhere within the US. Me and my fiance are intermediate skiers. By no means experts, but comfortable on east coast black trails.
