How do yall Store Spearheads?

Specifically, how do you store the boards/cards/terrain? I’m a fan of the book-sized storage box that came with City of Ash, but I got my copy of Sand & Bone second-hand with no box. How do yall usually store/transport the non-army parts of the game?

Question about Caltrops

Maybe I’m misunderstanding it, but is there a reason the Caltrops activate during your turn? outside of punishing exactly counter-charge, I can’t imagine why you’d ever want to activate this considering that your units are the ones that charge on your turn. Is it some sort of typo or am I missing something?
