Tall, wearing a black tank top, giving major Jason Momoa energy, walking an all-black bully breed dog near Fulton St and William St around 6:15-6:30 PM on Saturday, August 8th.

We made eye contact three distinct times as we crossed paths, finishing it off with a shared smile. I was on my way to pick up my dog from the groomer, otherwise I 100% would have turned right around to come talk to you. I've been regretting not stopping ever since.
