Is 2 wheeler (scooty) or cars allowed to park inside campus if we are living in hostels?

I will apply in Phase-2 counselling. My first preference will be MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. Let's say i got chemical (2nd preference) in Phase-2 Round-1 so, will i have to freeze the option and choose internal sliding option to get mechanical in internal sliding round.

OR

I will have to choose float option to get Mecahnical in 2nd Round?

If i follow 2nd path and wait for 2nd round and still i was not able to get Mechanical in 2nd round, so can i participate in internal sliding?

Can someone upload some pictures of their hostel rooms?

Also, can we decorate our rooms as per our choice (like stickers, posters, table covers, etc.)

Can we paint our rooms(in the same colour as they were allotted)?

Can we change the mattress?

Can we change the table?
