Hi! I started on the initial dose in February this year and have upped to the next dose every month since. I am currently on 2.4mg and I have lost absolutely nothing since I started, not even 1kg! I have zero appetite suppression- do I hold out and step up to 7.2mg? Did it work for most people on that dose? Thanks
