Why cutting/bulking instead of balanced eating?
Hi everyone! Hope this doesn’t come off as rude or stupid haha, I’m just curious:-)
Why is cutting and bulking good, or better than eating balanced the entire time? I’ve seen this trend for a while on social media and reddit but never really seen anyone discuss why it’s better. Like I can see why a professional athlete would do it, bulking in off-seasons and cutting during the season, but why us normal people?
