Are these Oral B head replacements fake?

Something about the packaging looks and feels off to me. This is my first time buying these, so I’m not really sure what signs to look for.

I bought them through Worten Marketplace for around €50. I remember seeing that the seller was based in Romania, but the tracking information shows the package actually shipped from China. Has anyone else had a similar experience, or does anything about this look suspicious?
