Posted it for free. They just took the cushions. Now I have to dispose of the carcass
I posted the couch for free and coordinated with a person to get it picked up. They kept telling me they were going to come get the couch so I kept it on the driveway. Instead, either they, or other people took just the couch cushions, so now I have to figure out a junk removal (and quickly because it is at my friend’s house and they are getting pretty annoyed by the whole thing).
It was still in good shape when I left it at 4pm. We texted multiple times about them picking up the couch and how they just needed to figure it out (even though they had upvoted my message about if they were ready to pick up the couch at 4). they had friends in the morning that could do it but not now and I was trying to be understanding. At 5:15 they said they would pick it up tonight (last night) no matter what. At 10 they said they were on their way to pick it up. At 11 the cushions were taken. They did not say anything.
Update: It was them. Just got a message that they are “picking up the rest today.”
