NSV Skirt is looser
I've been working out twice a week, doing 25 minutes of HIIT and (generally) trying to stay between 1350-1500 calories a day for about 9 months. I've only managed to lose about a pound a month despite this, but slow progress is still progress I guess.
Felt super discouraged this weekend when I ran into someone from 10+ years ago who had trouble recognizing me because I've gained 100 lbs since college. I never took a proper before pic, so I just scrolled back about a year until I found an outfit I still had, and tried it on to see if there were any differences. Very small victory, but the skirt felt a lot looser.
Please excuse the dirty mirror, I know it's gross!
