Help with grading and more

Hello. I have decided to sell my vintage Pokémon cards and would like to ask for help.
I have them in their old binders. I was advised to put each card on sleeves and to buy new binders. (I am going to sell the cards… what do I do with the new binders afterwards?) oh right sell them too
I am seriously overwhelmed with reading stuff online.
I want to sell them but

  1. graded cards would sell more

  2. PSA is the best but it is in the US

  3. mail theft

  4. eBay?
I understand there will be scammers but may I please ask for tips on how do you sell your cards with the best profit? Thanks for your time

Is this a misprint or defect?

It is shiny when you move it. Not scratches. It has been in the binder all these years. My other cards don’t have this kind or “marking”

Edited: the marking is on the upper right most side of the card. Below HP

Is this a card defect question and more..

Hello. I have collected and played Pokemon cards since it came out. Kept collections in old binders like others did. Forgot all about them until my nephews suggested me to sell them. While surfing through Reddit posts, eBay and etc. I’m honestly very overwhelmed. Reason for this post… I am happy to have a Charizard card but was very dismayed to see there is a “mark” on the right side of the card. It’s not a scratch but am wondering if this is a misprint? It looks shiny when you move the card. I am not sure if grading is worth the hassle as I live outside the US and all that. Sorry for the long post. Thank you.
