Swipe left to see my first cherry wood project with 75W spindle
I'm trying to push Cubiko's limits. I hope to test more different materials with it. I want to try something new, but don't want to break the motor.
Here’s the recipe for my first success, in case any other CNC beginners are running a similar one:
Material: Cherry Wood
Bit: 3.175mm (1/8") single flute
Feeds & Speeds: 711 mm/min (around 28 IPM) at 10,000 RPM
Depth of Cut: 0.71 mm per pass
G-code: https://easel.com/gallery/Hv4x81Fe
Roast my parameters if you must, but I'm just happy it worked.
