Which glasses to choose? Hoya vs Seiko? Coatings?

HI, asking those who have more or less expertise in reading glasses lenses.

I have the following vision parameters:
OD - sph: 6.25, cyl: -2.25 , ax:170
OS - sph: -5.25, cyl:-2.25, ax:180

As you can see, quite complicated, high myopia + astigmatism.

So, thinking a lot about what glasses to choose. I need quite thin.

My current glasses, are Nulux (HOYA?), the index 1.67 I think. not sure about the coatings.

Now thinking to buy new ones. But confused between Hoya and Seiko.
Shall I choose 1.67 again?

And what about coatings? I am reading that special coatings can be applied:
-anti blue
-anti UV and etc...

I wear glasses all the time.

What is better 1.67 ? or 1.74? Hoya or Seiko? Are extra coatings worht spening money on?
Seiko is more expensive in my place, but as I read the difference aint much...

Kazakhstan Based Massive Tungsten Deposits.

Trump's sons are getting into Kazakhstan's tungsten fields.
As of now, there is Severniy Katpar field - the project itself includes two deposits, Northern Katpar and Upper Kairakty, which contain a reported 1.4 million tonnes of tungsten trioxide (WO3)....

The real gem is this: project aims to produce 12,000 tonnes of tungsten annually, roughly 15% of global production.

SKBL is merging with Cove Kaz Capital Group to form a new entity, Kaz Resources, which will control 70% of that tungsten feild...There have been reported up to 1.2 bln of investments from the US....

I see the risks like the region itself : proximity of China and Russia, but I think Kazakhstan has done very well maintaining multi-vectoral approach...
The thing is that SKBL stock is so under-valued as of now...

What do you think guys?
