Any Webtoon artists for hire? Those that can draw
So I'm still in 9th grade and don't really have the money to pay but I was wondering if an artist can help me with my story.
I have a good foundation, and solid story, with just a little more to touch the topic. Also it'll be my first time to post on Webtoon and I'm still inexperienced
