Terran starter sets?

I was looking around maybe i missed it. But is the only way to get Terran's is through the two player starter set? I have seen some listings for preordering the Terran starter set but they have no pictures or release information. I looked at the release schedule and didn't notice a terran starter set on there. Did I miss it? Thanks for any help

Build Help

Finally checking out fallout 2d20 tomorrow in drop in drop out style of game. I went over the basic rules and decided to make a melee tank character. Any input if I should move stuff around? I will be given equipment tomorrow through some unique way the gm does.
