image capture with Nofusion and apple proraw pipeline, edit in nofusion and mostly snapseed.

  1. Car is with 100mm lens, no editing or LUT

  2. Cloud is with 100mm lens, B&W filter in Lightroom then blue color grade in shadows, yellow in highlights

  3. Forest road is with 100mm, LUT in nofusion called Colorburn from Armitage

  4. Sunset is 100mm, with LUT L4 in nofusion

  5. Horses is 100mm, edited in snapseed with AG1 film simulation

  6. Ducks is 100mm, captured with K1 LUT in nofusion, shadows/highlights edited in snapseed

  7. Tree is crop from 24mm lens, Bayer pipeline with M’portra LUT in nofusion with added heavy grain

Not possible to delete photos

Hi, I am facing issues managing files trough the nofusion app. Some time ago it was not possible for me to delete photos not done with Nofusion, recently I was happy it all started to work again, I could delete both nofusion photos (negative films) and apples native raw photos.

Now it seems I can not delete anything. Afterwards the apps access to photos seems to freeze and not load correctly or after I try to convert apple raw to negative film, app shows “no photo service available” error. After Nofusion restart the file conversion works again, but I am more concerned about the file management issue (deleting). Does somebody else have the same issue? Not arguing its nofusion fault, but would love to solve this. Thanks for any ideas.

Reframing questions

Hi, I was wandering if I am doing something wrong, but a lot of times, the crop tool wont allow me to push frame to the maximum possible window.

In the attached picture, it should be possible to still push left upper corner more up and left. This happens a lot actually, so I dont know if anybody else has this problem or its my fingers..

Second point - would be request for feature, which is export framing/setting. Nice would be imo if we could reframe with borders to a speciffic ratio and export quality/pixels (second picture). Here I have to rely on different apps, like lightroom. I know snapseed can add border, which is however symmetrical only.

I tried to play with the extension tool with white color and then crop, but it seems the extension tool recomputes the whole image, which after two or more extension aplications creates much worse quality of the photo.

anyway, long time user, snapseed is very powerful and has a lot of potential for future for sure, so this way as well thank you to devs!

Recent photos

Sharing my current workflow - shoot negative film with Nofusion and mostly proraw pipeline, adjust latitude mid/high, sharpness off or low, exposure, see if any LUT enhances colors, I love recently shared M’s Portra and LUTs from Armitage. Add one tick of texture sometimes one tick of bloom, save.

Open in snapseed, lower atmosphere, correct shadows if lost, correct saturation, correct white balance. See if addition of Film Presets help, add bloom or halation with adjusted parameters, vignette or border.
