Is it just me?

47/F
I started this journey in February of 2025 at 240lbs squeezing into a size 18. I honestly expected to be happy around 170 in a size 12/14 and thats where I’ve been coasting. My dr has encouraged me to continue which I’m good with.
This weekend I noticed I needed a smaller pair of jeans. I weighed myself, was down another 10lbs and was able to fit into a size 8nat the department store.
Guys, i remember buying a size 12 all the way back to middle school -i have never worn anything smaller and instead of feeling excited, imposter syndrome is kicking my butt.
Has this happened to anyone else? How did you get past those feelings?

Question: I have a dumb question because I’m an over thinker. If the Ball book has a jam recipe for eight 8oz jars, can I can them in 4oz jars instead?
