Hello, I've never read any of the books before but I was wondering what era they are set in? Are they set in the 80s/90s like the show, or are they set in the modern day? Like, the most recently released books, are they set in the 2020s and if so, has Jessica aged in real time and would be pushing 100, or do they employ a sliding scale timeline, retconning her date of birth for example?

Or are the books just a case of, don't worry about what year it is, just enjoy the mystery 😅

I guess I'm just curious, if she's using modern technology and making current real world references, or if things are kept vague.

Thanks in advance! (and sorry if this has been asked before!)

Just another heads up for any fellow Aussies, I've just noticed there is now 6 seasons of The Flintstones up on Prime Video. I'm hoping it's a trend after The Jetsons was added a month ago and they continue to give us a steady stream of Hanna Barbera goodness!

Is there an updated list, or have the amounts changed for how many villagers you need assigned for each role to get a certain number of bonus items?

I currently have 26 villagers set as Mining companions, so according to the wiki, I should be getting guaranteed +9 with a chance at +16. But I'm still only getting +4.

I've double checked the number of villagers I have as Mining buddies, so it's making me wonder if the numbers have been changed?
