I can't win..quick rant

I'm just laughing at myself (in between crying) because I've been terrified of a high heart rate for ages, I monitor, check my pulse, make sure my heart rate comes down okay. And now I'm on BP meds and sometimes a beta blocker, and my resting heart rate as gotten down to 60 on the beta blocker and now I panic because of a lower heart rate. What heart rate will I be happy with?! WHO KNOWS🫠

Propranolol... thought it would be great for me

I requested this because my old BP meds were making me cough and I heard it could also drastically help anxiety.. from which I suffer massively.
Took my first dose (halved the tablet into 30mg) 12 hours ago. It's immediate release.
The first four hours were totally fine, then around 7 hours in I felt really weird and had a panic attack. Calmed down... moved on.

Now it's been 12 hours and my heart rate is still 60BPM and barely rising when I walk. it's normally around 78-82 and goes up to around 110 when walking around.
I'm just freaked out. Scared to even go to bed. I feel like most of it should be out of my system by now. Hoping for comfort

Would love to get started properly reading for others...

Hey everyone! I've been reading Tarot for years and have at times offered free readings to test out my intuition. If anyone's interested, I'd love to offer 20cent readings in exchange for a review on my shop.

I value honesty, I do NOT claim psychic abilities I just believe I'm super super intuitive, and I adore tarot as a prompt for thought. I think you hear what you need to hear, and the cards evoke an inner knowing that was already there. I'd love to read for you <3

My name is Jamie, I'm 34, Pisces moon, Cancer Rising, Taurus Sun. I've got the ol' AuDHD and am incredibly familiar and comfortable with mental health topics

Comment here and I will dm my shop or you can just google "GobblinPrince" Etsy (note the double B!) Pick a deck (there is an oracle deck too, just don't choose the $6.66 option and tell me in the personalization section) and i'll pull three cards with one clarifier if you'd like.

Only starting with 5 slots so I can fully dedicate my headspace to you and I can give you your reading within a day!

Getting really frustrated with my new racing heartrate

Two months ago I was in england, running after trains, speed walking, 10k+ steps in with no issue, no heart beating out of my chest, just tired because I'm SUPER out of shape and never move my body. I have severe anxiety and have been living with panic disorder for 15 years, but this has never happened before — the last month or so my heart rate spikes doing normal things.. My resting HR is around 75-80. Tidying around my apartment gets up to 130, doing dishes like 115, and the other day I took out a couple bags of trash and it reached 150pm. I don't feel faint, no chest pain, just feel ...weird...and anxious about the fact that it goes so high and I notice quicker breathing during daily tasks. My HR recovery time is pretty decent for someone who's 40pounds overweight, I got bloodwork and no signs of anemia or thyroid issues, just slightly low Vitamin D. I can't see a cardiologist until next month. Just wanting to see if anyone has gone through this:( is it ALWAYS just anxiety because I am TIRED :((
