Go out of our way to pack a carry on & every trip there’s a new different rule or reason on why they need to check carryons.

What’s up with this ? How about monitor how many carryons people are bringing instead of making me check a bag for absurd reasons. I’m front 1/3 of the plane. Is this happening to anyone else ?

Ps the gate agents are so nasty lately

What is going on with JetBlue and how do we get them to get their act together?

Flight delayed 24 hours then cancelled right before takeoff. They sent our luggage to our home airport on an empty plane and rescheduled our flight for 2 days later at 1am. Needed to get home so we booked with delta and got home. Now JetBlue won’t ship my luggage to my house because I paid for a different airline to get home on time.
