Help me repair the open reel which my grandfather used when he was still here
Hello to anyone reading,
So I found the rod my grandfather used when he was still alive and thought it’d be cool to have it as one of my own.
For starters I really have no idea what I’m doing and with the help of AI managed to disassemble the reel. I noticed that atleast one of the gears has completely shattered.
If anyone can tell me what parts need to be replaced if I want this working again and if there’s any chance of getting them to a rod that is quite outdated. It atleast needs a deep cleaning done to it and a new gear that I know of.
