Thing is, I was even lying on my bed when it possibly happened. Last thing I remember is my diaphragm twitching on my bed and when I regained consciousness I was lying in a weird position, drool on my lips, and my entire body hurts.

I didn’t even notice the ankle during the first day because every muscle was hurting. Then on the second day I started to randomly ‘slip’ when I walked, like that ankle wasn’t stable, so I ended up spraining it further. That’s when I finally noticed a nasty big pool of bruise on my ankle, and I finally got the diagnosis that one of the tendons was broken.

Check your full body after a TC. Have someone check for you if possible. I could’ve gotten treated earlier and prevented further injury but I was too tired & hurting too much everywhere to notice. The general muscle pain from over exertion faded in 48 hours but the ankle stood out.
