Could've definetely get better clears with my 24, Poison and Lemuria teams but I still need to do the mission for train mode. ALSO I JUST NOTICED MY JENKINDS IS LEVEL 20?!?!?!?!?!????

Hey there, Discard is Badass! And I was looking into playing it, however I refuse to play outside of just the aqueor realm and I need Gmurphy for Lemurian comp instead... so i was looking for who to run as my 4th unit! both murphy and vortice have an aftershock card and both can kinda passively sit there so i was looking at them, i was leaning towards vortice but wasnt sure if pontos and corpo would be enough survivability on their own... as for tulu, he has so much discard fodder and his rouse is good and while i would save him for lemurians... considering Gtulu is coming in like 3 months im gonna assume Gtulu will be fine on the lemurian team (or maybe vice versa!) anyway curious what general opinion is for which of these 3 I should run or if there are any aqueor That I am forgetting who could fill this slot well.... Thanks in advance! >:)

so ive been playing for about two weeks now and i really love this game. The story the art everything is so fresh and new and beautiful but thats the problem… im so lost ive played gacha games before (hsr,afk,etheria restart) but it seems like everything about this game is so different im so lost on what all the different currencies and words mean, is it okay for me to use who i want? how bad is meta and powercreep? i have so many questions theres like 10 different banners and i just dont even know where to start ive looked up guides but they always seem to assume that i have any sort of understanding of the game at all. Ive also played a lot card games before like yu gi oh and magic, my fav video game is inscryption so im very fond of the gameplay. its… everything else that im struggling with. Not to mention i joined like a week too late to get those free 100 pulls and i dont want to drop the game just because im frustrated and don’t understand things, also if anyone wants to add me thats welcome too. any advice is welcome dont hold back! just pls heeelp
My favorite characters so far are goliath and nymphaea so if there are any team building recs that would also help a lot

Hi, Angbak from discord here, I shall be talking briefly about my speedrun. My impressions of Pontos will be in a separate post.

Inspired by u/Away_Cantaloupe_5047, I have decided to do a A2C5 HM speedrun.

Arc 1/Arc 2 normal mode was pretty much a breeze. It was a very slow ordeal and I didn't manage to get the full 3 star clears due to how stally the team is. There was barely any gnosis used as this team had plenty of survivability.

Similarly, Arc 2 Hardmode was pretty easy all the way up till Ch5-1 HM. This stage alone took up 4 out of my remaining 7 gnosis. The boss summons plenty of small spiders which eats up Pontos's exalt and Slay Gaunt, while dealing a ton of damage to me.

Things only got worse when I had to spend 1 Gnosis on >!Aisha!< , 1 Gnosis on >!N!<, leaving me with 1 final Gnosis to be used on Ch5 final boss.

On the final stage, the following things happened.

1. Gnosis was popped when I missed my 22% DR proc

2. I faced another fatal attack on turn 14 with 22% DR remaining and 0 Gnosis left.

3. And I >!lost!<

>!I picked myself up and redid the run, with despair, knowing the last 30 min of my boss was probably the closest I have been to completing the run.!<

>!Except, I actually managed to proc the 22% DR and I knew I had to lock in. The turn after, I was facing a 6x hit which was about to deal over 3x my max hp. I was never going to survive another 6 DR and I knew I had to shield it up.!<

>!Alva clutched up and provided a ton of shields, with just 1 weakness application from Karen, I knew I was going to survive that turn and defeat the boss the turn after. !<

>!However, just as I was about to click the weakness card, I noticed.. something. !<

>!I was 2 cards away from proc-ing pursuit on the boss, which would have disabled her cocoon passive. And.. I had just enough keyflare to rouse Alva for the additional alert + exalt vuln for precision strikes. !<

>!So, instead of taking the safe play of playing the weakness, I rouse Alva, proc-ed pursuit, and finally managed to burst down the boss with my remaining damage. !<

And after that ordeal, I finally managed to clear Arc 2 Ch5 HM within 7 days.

Thank you to everyone who joined in on the stream on the final fight, I hope that it was as exciting for you as it was for me.

Also, speedrunning is fun, time to wait for someone to beat A2C5 HM within 6 days~!
