Was surprised to see all supermarkets closed today because of a holiday, Do supermarkets generally open on a Sunday ?

Hello, Myself and partner are coming over next week. We have a couple of things booked and I did the elaphite islands boat tour last year. I'm wondering if there's another good boat tour or evening cruise people would highly recommend. Many thanks !
