i only hear the knocking when i do a cold start, it goes away after driving 500m. Revs are bouncing around also

just got the inspire 2 and idk why it does not work. Tested on these devices: iphone 15 pro, pixel 7 pro, pc with rtx 3080ti, laptop with only cpu. Marker scan works. it always says “not enough point clouds captured” and the distance indicator also doesn’t work.
