So my spouse and received a call/letter that 2 of our grandchildren were placed in foster care in another state. We are more than willing to get them but for now we can only talk on the phone with them. Question 1: We were told it was for protective custody does that mean that the investigation yielded guilt on the parents part? Question 2: what is the likelihood of us being able to get them if they are in a different state?
