Mop heads
How often are you cleaning your mop heads?
I work at a couple of places and at one we put them in the washing machine every week or two.
At the other place I don't know if the mop heads have ever been in a washing machine.
How often are you guys doing it?

Leaf damage cause?
Does anyone know what could be causing this leaf damage to a few of my syngoniums?
They are outside plants on the shade side of the house so never get direct sun, but it is a week away from winter in Australia so I'm wondering if it's cold damage?
I have a greenhouse i can move them into if it is cold damage but I don't want to add them if they are carrying pests or disease.
