This year my school is introducing a study hall/elective period so that students can be pulled for additional services. This would be great if it wasn’t for the fact that theres no plan for students who don’t receive services they just split them up amongst the gen ed teachers.

It’s clear admin realized this would be a problem because they obviously put the experienced teachers with students with behavior concerns. now I’m stuck with 15 middle school boys counting every minute until dismissal
