What is the objectively best Join Avenue setup?

I've seen a lot of different recommendations for Join Avenue, but I'm curious if there's an objectively optimal shop layout for a fully developed avenue.

Assuming your goal is to maximize long-term value , what would your ideal combination of the 8 shop slots be? How many Raffle Shops?How many Antique Shops?Are multiple Dojos worth it? Is it better to have several Beauty Salons, Nurseries, Markets, Flower Shops, or Cafés, or just one of each?

From what I've read, Flower Shops seem to be considered very valuable because of the EV-reducing Berries, and Dojos are often recommended since they make EV training much faster. Is that generally the consensus, or is there a better overall setup?
