Inherited this pocket watch from my great-grandfather — can anyone help identify it?

This was my great-grandfather's — he was French, from Tours. I don't know anything about it and I'd love to learn more. Not expecting it to be the next lottery ticket, this is more to learn more about my great-grandfather who was an officer in the french army in WW2 and later on was a mechanic for the French State Train Company.

Any idea who made it, roughly how old it is, or what the movement is? There's a small maker's mark on one of the bridges (letters either side of an arrow) that I can't work out.

I would like to get this fixed, but would like confirmation that this is a real watch and not some fake.

Kind regards

Aonzo
