Yesterday I took some drywall off the ceiling and wall (only about 6" on each) because I suspect some sort of leak coming from either the bathroom upstairs or the window isn't sealed properly. Some of the drywall was flakey and had mold but most of it was solid with no mold. Could you tell me the next steps in finding out where exactly the leak originates? I just had the toilet replaced and there is no moisture under the sink which is on the wall where the window is on the next floor up. And there was only a few drops of water in the bubble after I made a pinhole in it. I have attached pics. Could you advise me on the next step I take and what to look for? I appreciate it!

I retired 2 weeks ago and have since been locked out of any files or apps that were work related. The problem I'm having is I want to get rid of some of the apps that are listed so that I can clean up my computer a bit. For instance, I don't need DPlite or marksbook. And if I uninstall Citrix it won't get rid of those programs and I can't log in anyway since I'm locked out of anything work related. Any advice as to how I can do this?

Could anyone recommend a trustworthy efficient handy person (prefer small business) who can give me a quote on cleaning/repairing/replacing at least 2 of my eavestroughs? They are leaking during heavy rain and seem to be clogged in some places. Hamilton, Burlington, Grimsby, Dundas areas are ideal. TIA!

I live in Hamilton and am interested to know if anyone lives here or near and has hired a radon mitigation company/person to install one and what the results were.

As I read through various posts about high levels of radon frankly the numbers confuse me. The reading on my airthings in the basement has increased slightly as summer approached. Now it’s at 95 on long term average and fluctuates on the daily average between 80 and 110. Can someone explain to me what that means and if that necessitates mitigation? Much appreciated!

Greetings! I am interested to find out more information about which sealant I should use for my backyard discovery cedar greenhouse. Particularly for along the edges or seams of the roof panels, and once I install gutters, along any gaps to prevent leakage. So far looking into the various types I have found a polymer mix, flexible sealant, DAP dynoflex elastomeric sealant, silicone sealant, and regular sealants that seem to be for bathroom and kitchen areas. Any advice? TIA!!
