i saw ohyul’s live yesterday where someone asked when morevision would move into a bigger building or something along those lines. he talked about wanting to work hard to repay jaypark for his kindness, and about staying consistent and working hard for a long time.

despite his age, he’s incredibly humble and you cab tell he’s genuinely grateful, even for the smallest things, and he never hesitates to express it.

he also treats the staff really well. whenever you see him interacting with them, you can tell they’re comfortable around each other, which says a lot. he’s very considerate and respectful too. At events or filming sites, he’s always the first to initiate a bow, and he never half ass it, he gives a full 90 degree bow every single time. he’s consistently polite and has great manners.

he also supports his members really well. like in the rap beat video, he went around encouraging everyone individually because they’re splitting up since they’re coming out from opposite sides of the stage. whenever a member releases something, whether it’s a collaboration or a 4shocover, he’ll either leave comments on weverse or mention it on Fromm, encouraging fans to check it out. knowing that fans are worried about woojin, he’s made it a point to reassure them 2/3 times, whether on his solo weverse live or through Fromm. it may not seem like much, but i feel like it helps put fans at ease and have them understand how woojin’s doing, which means that woojin also won’t have to always reassure fans himself.

he’s incredibly considerate, and i think that’s what makes him such a great leader. i’ve seen people say that other members would’ve been the leader if age wasn’t a factor, but i honestly disagree. if you’ve watched Ingshot’s content consistently, i think ohyul being the leader is a no-brainer. no wonder jay park himself and the more vision team said it was obvious that ohyul would’ve been the leader. he naturally looks at the bigger picture, and that shows in the way he carries himself, takes care of the people around him, and leads the team.
