For context, I'm a 20 year old living in Alberta, Canada looking for part time work but haven't had much luck. I've sent out many applications and landed a few interviews, none of which worked out. I've recently been thinking about obtaining a security license in order to get some sort of work. For those in the field, how easy is it to get hired after getting licensed in Alberta and are companies open to hiring people with no experience? I appreciate any answer.
