Does anyone happen to have any hibiscus starts they could give me to plant in my town?

I've been looking for some to plant in my town because I need to catch a snail on a hibiscus bush whenever it's raining, but I can never seem to find them in either Leifs garden shop or the island gift shop

Does anyone want to open their gates for me to gather signatures for Rowans petition?

I also have Pietro in boxes in my town if anyone has an open space in their town and wants him talk him into moving there.
