I simply can't comprehend how they chose to dilute now with $50 million offering at $4.85 they basically created a ceiling for the price. It's a 17% dilution. I sold before it slips again to 4.02 lol

This is a red flag. Glaring one. I know no one wants to hear this but a CEO firing without explanation and right before a catalyst is something worrisome. Good luck 👍 Eric So is not the man to take it to the moon.
