Tuning my friend's kraken
he reblade it (i charged him 2 cans of monster)
he reblade it (i charged him 2 cans of monster)
Added laser works (my fvr pokemon is on the blade)
First get all the things thats we needed:
1 fine-grit sandpaper
2 technical metric (kinda unnecessary but that will help u a lots)
3 the balis that need to be tuned
The next part (also the hardest part)
open your bali, take the bushings and grind it. The idea gap between the blade and bushing will be 0.020-0.030mm
For example: if the blade thickness 3.340mm, u will need to grind the bushing until the thickness is 3.330 or 3.330mm
be carefull that the 0.020mm gap oftens make your balis get bind (the handle is not swing freely)
If u dont have a technical metric, try to grind the bushings a bit then reassemble it and check. Repeat until your bali is good
still bouncy (the pivots r from my bali+ nami)
the blade is kinda cursed (i reblade it) =)
the sound of safe handle is not so good
