Body asymmetry from bowling

Hi all, I’ve been bowling in leagues for about 2 years now, and I’ve noticed some asymmetry developing from using my right arm.
For those who bowl regularly, do you do anything specific to train your non-dominant side and keep your body more balanced? Any exercises or routines you’d recommend? I can bowl pretty well with my left but I don’t think that’s the solution lol.

Accountability day 1. They're bad

I've gotten over this bad habit one nail at a time over the past year, so I'm currently at 80%... I never stopped my thumb nails though. Honestly, very little pain or bleeding as bad as it looks.

The reason I'm deciding to go to 100% is because I noticed a small chip in the teeth I use to bite my nails. I think I've literally carved out my teeth and it's time for me to stop.

If it helps anyone here, these nails will grow back shockingly normally. I've had my nails look worse and return to decent form. I'll post an update in a few weeks.
