Car is totalled and has waiver of depreciation. Policy says’ purchase price with accessories’ with be paid, however adjusted only offering MRSP and not freight, levy and FDI mandatory charges included. since that is included as new car’s price in bill of sale,and they are not fees like licensing or other charges . How can i fight to get the $2k CAD added to settlement quote?
