Just got my new poster

This is a famous use of the word homunculus. It’s a little dude, whose proportions are related to how much of the brain cortex area is designed to it. Our hands are both extra sensitive and dexterous. This fella haunts many textbooks. Marked as NSFW to be safe but this is just educational materials.

I made this mask some years ago. It’s not perfect and the paper mache layers are visible but I love it. It took about 4 weekends to complete and won me a costume contest. I wanted to show it off before I alter it for a new cosplay. Swipe for progress pictures

So happy to share this piece. Acrylic on canvas. Everything in the painting is from the 24hr stream thrown together into a still life study, including the contestants’ blankets being used for the background curtains.

Wubby said that people might not enjoy watching 24hr tag live but it ended up being a huge hit with a lot of heart in the moments in between punishments. I wanted to highlight that.
