i ordered ssd for steam deck and it was defect, i cant format it, i made a video with full steam deck disassembly showing the ssd and the booting etc and uploaded to youtube, several times complained to online support and they claim "We are regret to inform that your appeal request was closed.

also i accidentaly clicked accept on the refund page(no confirmation for it lol) and agreed to no refund is there any solution other than bank return?
