I've been reading epic collections for about a year now and lately I've been branching out to read some about characters that I dont know anything about. Ghost rider in particular is a character I find super interesting and wanted to read his books.

I have heard that the salvation run is a good jumping on point as i know hell on wheels is out of print.

I cannot seem to find a copy of the salvation run anywhere though every store i check say its out of stock and they aren't going to re stock it or its listed as unavailable on most websites. Is this book out of print too?

I was also wondering if its worth tracking down and if its any good (no spoilers please)

Also if anyone has any alternative recommendations of epics that they like feel free to comment them
