Help me please r6 major issue!

I am playing the new siege season as it just finished updating and I have a major problem. I am missing everything! I’m not jocking I have no camos none of my earned levels and I was like level 300 and none of my black ices. I am missing all of my operators too!! I am unaware of the new update besides the revamp but what is this issue and is anyone else having this problem please help!! I want black ice back

Help immediately

I am new to the game, and my uncle recommended me play king of the hill some. I found a Vietnam version and have been interested all day but every time I try to download the last 3 mods I get this error message can some one please help me!!! Or tell me what the world is happening. I have downloaded other mods and played servers. Please help
