I can pay up to $700.00 a month. It would need to be soon because I’m in a last minute kind of situation. Like I‘m moving out within a week or two. I’m 27, a guy. I’m really nice and respectful and I can also provide references if needed. I don‘t do drugs or even drink. I would appreciate if anyone knew of anything. The reason I’m moving out is because I’m sharing a room right now and I would like to have my own just for more privacy.
