I present to you the mullet movement
Started as a joke between a few friends (especially the Bluetooth brakes) and ended up actually being a super fun experiment.

I’m 51 years old and have been heavily involved in the local music scene here in upstate New York but now I feel as if I’m becoming that old head at the show. I have always loved new music and new bands and now realize I’m the oldest person in the venue evrytime. I usually stand in the back, out of the way and enjoy the scene as I always have. But now I feel like I look like a creeper, am I overthinking?
I’ve had sushi at many places here in the Hudson valley over the last five years as kind of an unbiased experiment to really understand the differences of the cultures between the food styles. We’re lucky enough to have options of Korean, Brazilian, and of course Japanese here with many offering fusion of each. From Hillburn to Hudson, at strip malls or jacket and tie venues I’ve tried 82 restaurants with a few favorites along the way. What I would like to know is what’s your favorite sushi place and what’s your go to dish there? Thanks for sharing!
