Is there a way for this armor

I wanted to know if this armor is feasible to make with the assets the devs have, and since we got a familiar one with the riverlander armor could this work as Jon arryn armor?

What type of armor and clothing would you like to see in agot

Now I know this mod isn't showing based but I do like Richard karstarks armor in the show simply because it's a houppelande, I just wish they gave him a breastplate on top and a belt I really like homelands, and more headgear that aren't crowns
